To Policy

1. How can I place an order online?

(1) Choose the products (the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc) you want to purchase, add the item to your shopping cart.

(2) Click the Checkout button.

(3) Confirm your delivery information, make sure your billing address matches the delivery address. Then you can continue to checkout.

(4) You can confirm that the payment information and choose your payment method. Please enter your redemption code if you have any.

(5) Provide the information before ordering. You need to fill in your credit card information and ensure that the information is authentic and matching.

(6) Then you will receive a confirmation email about the order.

2. Customs, excise and VAT

We always packaged the order as a gift; However, because all items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, thus some countries may impose import duties on deliveries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country.

3. Notice

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders will not be shipped to be refunded with a deduction of 6% of the order (s) in total price cancellation. Cancellation fees to cover administrative costs and transaction fees involved in the cancellation of the order (s).

We process all orders within 6-8 hours after the order is placed, so we may not be able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand this important point.

What's more, we are not able to cancellations for products that have already been shipped and accept our Return Policy applies in this case.

4. Duplicate orders

From time to time we got the double order (two or more of very similar orders) are placed in a short period of time from each other by the customers. For safety reasons, we have no access to the credit card details of customers and all payments for orders approved by the customers themselves.

Our order preparation processes are automated and we are not able to catch the double orders unless alarmed by the customers. We can not guarantee that we will read the request to cancel a duplicate order pri

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within one week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to the sender.

1. A return authorization must be obtained from customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.

2. Please reason for return to get the return authorization and return address.

3. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order; reason for return.

Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order for the merchandise. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer.

Items must be accepted in original condition and unworn as a return.

Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You get to share an e-mail notification upon the completion of processing.

Watch out:

1. Shipping is not refundable.

2. 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need to add 20% postage for exchange delivery fees.

4. Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

2) Repack your unworn item in the original packaging.

3) Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.

4) Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.

5) Please put your return address information on the label to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
